We enable early responsibility and give room for personal development

01

Junior roles

1

Student consultant

Every member starts out as a student consultant. You will complete our consulting bootcamp, receive access to all our tools, and gain practical experience in real projects in small teams. Student consultants conduct analyses, prepare recommendations and directly interact with our clients. After completing two projects, student consultants are eligible for a senior role.

02

Senior roles

1

Board member

The board oversees internal operations and drives innovation. Board members set strategic direction and foster a collaborative culture to ensure our club stays aligned with its mission.

2

Consulting director

Each consulting director oversees his own project from acquisition to completion. They lead their team of student consultants and spar with them to refine ideas and solve problems.

3

Internal staff

Members can transition to a more passive role after completing our program. Internal staff is helping out our departments if needed and are still warmly invited to all workshops and events.

03

After university

1

Advisory board member

Former board members can remain involved as advisory board member. Advisory board members serve with their professional experience & network.

Frequently asked questions & answers

Can I join without a business background?

Absolutely. Over 30% of our members have a non-business background. Through our consulting bootcamp we make sure that everyone is equally prepared for the project work.

How much time commitment is associated with a membership?

An average of 5-10h/week when working on projects. About 1-2h/week when working as internal staff. Actual weekly hours may vary according to the project phase.

Do members exlusively communicate in english?

Internally, we communicate in German, just as we do in our daily lives. We chose to build our website in English to accommodate our international clients. Members can express their preferences for projects that involve English client communication.

Am I expected to work on a project each semester?

New joiners are expected to complete two projects in their first year as part of our consulting program. After that, members can transition into a more passive role, supporting our internal departments if needed.

How can I perform well on my exams while balancing all the workshops and projects?

We designed our program to ensure enough time for studying. All club activities are paused one month before exams. Based on our experience, our consultants successfully participate in the program and still perform well on their exams.
